Fall Flannels

11.08.2015

Plaid Cardigan | Cami | Jeans | Heels
The flannel is definitely a closet staple this fall and actually one of my favorites to rock. Whether you wrap it around your waist or wear it, like I did, as a cardigan you will for sure be on trend!

Shop this look here!

Dress: Lane Bryant via Paylesss4brands.com | Heels: Rainbow

Talk about an ah-mazing weekend! This weekend, I had the privilege of visiting one of my favorite cities, New Orleans, for business. This was my first time meeting some of my business associates, face-to-face, so I wanted to make sure that I was classy & professional but stylish as well. I decided to wear this beautiful black & gold @LaneBryant paisley print dress that I received from Payless4Brands.

I absolutely loved this dress because it showed my curves but wasn’t too tight or constricting. Not to mention, the quality was great. Definitely well-made and super soft. I kept everything simple and polished and  finished off the look with black pumps, geek frames and loose waves. This was an incredible experience and I will be sharing more of my personal pictures, from the trip, on my next post. What’s your go-to items for work wear?

Much love,
Tiff @LaceNLeopard

Rethink

Top: Walmart | Skirt, Belt & Purse: @fashionavenueplus | Heels: Rainbow | Shades: Ebay

Ladies it’s time to rethink our closets! I was thinking this as I thumbed through clothes the other day. I wanted to wear a bright top but didn’t really have one, that I could remember, except for a neon top that came in a workout set from Walmart. But I wouldn’t wear that right? That’s the top I sweat in that has the funny sweat resistant material lol. Well why not? Rethink your closet “No’s” and somehow turn them into “Yes’s” <<< is that a word? Lol

Anyhoo, once I reprogrammed my thinking… I decided to pair my neon “top” with an oxblood midi skirt and nude strappy heels. I added a little edge, by finishing off the look with a gold plated statement belt, gold studded purse and statement cat-eye sunglasses. I actually really liked how my Walmart workout gear turned out. Now I’m plotting my next item…I know I have some target PJ’s laying around somewhere ;)

Much love,
Tiff

Dress: +Curve Culture | Heels: Rainbow | Clutch: Local Store | Necklace: Fashion Trend
Hey boo’s! I know that I am like SUPER LATE…but this is what I wore out to dinner for Valentine’s Day ;) I actually won this dress for being @bbbgirls4ever’s ‘Fashionista of the Year’ on Instagram. Which was an incredible HONOR by the way…whoop whoop! Anyhoo, I had the option to choose an item from @CurveCulture, for my prize, and I chose their faux leather “Bloody Mary” dress. I was a little nervous at first, because faux leather typically shows every little detail of the body. But, I thought, what the heck?? This is a sexy dress and I am going to ROCK it. Once I put everything together I absolutely loved the look! Oh and did I mention, my date loved it too! ;) Xoxo

Top & Purse: Thrifted | Skinny Jeans : Fashion Q | Heels: Rainbow
Hey boo’s! Happy Monday! Hope you had a great weekend as we head back to the grind. My weekend was pretty good. I just chilled with friends and family and ate plenty of great food that was in total violation to my diet lol. But hey, YOLO right? Lol. For this outfit of the day, I decided to try a funky, retro-type look with a printed top that I got from the thrift store. The print is pretty old school, but I loved the colors and blocks of leopard. So, for $1… I thought what the heck…why not?? I decided to pair the top with my red skinny jeans, black cut out heels and white shoulder bag w/a clasp, which was also thrifted. This look is certainly not my everyday style, but I love to mix it up. That’s the great thing about fashion, it can make you feel like you are in a different era, brighten your mood or express YOU better than words can.  The list goes on and on…

Have fun with it!
Much love,
Tiff
