Hey loves! It has been a little more than FOREVER since I've done a blog post! These days, you could find me mostly on Instagram and Youtube. However, something made me come and take a look at my blog and saw that a lot of you are still tuning in! So, I am going to make a conscious effort to blog more and let you know what I've been up to. So, today's look is from my most recent Fashion Nova Haul. Which, is pretty much a mix of chill and comfy looks...since we have all been quarantining it. Jamaica | Skylark Negril Review

If you follow me on Instagram, then you know that Jamaica has quickly become my favorite place to travel. Needless to say, this is my fourth visit this past year! Since, I have been traveling quite frequently, a lot of you are wanting to know more about where I’m staying, the activities that I’m doing and travel tips. So, I decided to put together this blog post to let you know all about my stay and I will later put together another blog post with some with fun things to do in Negril!  

Skylark Negril is a brand-new boutique hotel located on 7 Mile Beach. It opened in 2018 and is the sister hotel to the well-known Rockhouse hotel. What drew me to this hotel is the retro yet modern décor. It is super bright, colorful and gives you good vibes for real. We chose the patio studio which was perfect and gave a great view of their tropical garden courtyard area, which will later be converted into a pool. Not to mention that the hotel is right on the water and is literally steps away from the beach.

Now let’s talk pictures! There are SO many areas on the resort grounds that are perfect for your Instagram and Facebook photo ops. I took half of my vacation photos right at Skylark and all the bright colors literally lit up my IG feed.

They also have Miss Lily’s, a cute and lively restaurant and bar at the resort. We went out to the bar for a late-night drink and had a tasty Rum Punch and were surprised to see dancers there grooving to current Jamaican tunes. Earlier in the day, I also tried the jerk chicken sandwich that was packed with heat a flavor. I also, couldn’t help but take a photo in front of Miss Lily’s “famous” wall. I absolutely love how it came out! So many beautiful tones.

To say that I love this hotel, would be an understatement. The staff was amazing, the décor was stunning and the vibes were out of this world!
